DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We are proud to offer I Wish Gifts customers a 14 day return policy.

We do everything we can to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
However sometimes things don't always go to plan and in the event of these rare occasions, we're here to help! 

Returning your order to us does not affect your statutory rights as consumer.

DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event that your order has arrived damaged or broken, please contact us immediately via email and attach a picture of your damaged item(s) to sales@iwishgifts.co.uk. 

Failure to report a damaged item(s) within 14 days of receipt will void any right to a refund or replacement. 

INCORRECT OR MISSING GOODS:
In the event the we have delivered the wrong goods or missed out purchased items that have been paid for, please contact us immediately by phone on 020 8998 1781 to speak to one of our customer service advisors to arrange for a second, free of charge delivery. 

CHANGED YOUR MIND? UNWANTED ORDER:
In the event that you have changed your mind about your order and wish to return your item for a refund please phone 020 8998 1781 to speak to a customer services advisor. We ask for you to not open the packaging or gift box to ensure we can re-sell the item. 

In the event that you have paid for your order however we have not yet dispatched, please phone us immediately to cancel your order and start the refund process. 

MIS-ENTERED DELIVERY INFORMATION:
In the event that you have entered your delivery details incorrectly, therefore leading to a missed or wrong delivery, please contact us via phone on 020 8998 1781 or email us at sales@iwishgifts.co.uk to arrange re-delivery at your own expense. 

Purchasing an item as a gift? Please ensure the recipient's address is CORRECT!

GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED:
In the event that you are unhappy with the goods you have received due to your item(s) not matching our website descriptions, please phone our customer services team on 020 899 1781 to ensure we can speedily sort your problem.
